MIMS Portal Self-Service Password Reset Guide
- MIMS Self Service Password Reset:
(You MUST have setup 3 Security Questions before, follow these steps to do so:
Sign In MIMS Portal > MIMS SSPR > Setup Security Questions)
- Click Forgot your Password.
- Key in your MIMS Login ID. Click Search.
- You will be prompted to answer the challenge questions you set during registration.
- Enter new password twice. Click Submit.
- Your password has been reset.

In Mobile Guardian App > press profile icon on the top left > press “My Catalogue” > press install button on the required Apps.
Stuck in Mobile Guardian App:
Head to Bytz. 15-20 mins estimated waiting time to resolve this issue.
Stuck in Sleep Hours Profile:
In Mobile Guardian App > press the profile icon on the top left > click the sync button > wait and give it some time for it to sync with the servers.
